Program Set-Up and Design
provides you with a total body exercise plan that is appropriate to your goals, scheduling preferences and training needs. Selected exercise activities will follow a logical sequence of progression for muscle isolation and development, and provide you with an element of variety to reduce the change of burn out or boredom with a random routine.
