Intro to Fitness

Obtaining an optimal state of fitness is important for overall health and improved quality of life, but if you are new to exercise or just beginning a fitness regime, we highly recommended our “introductory” fitness session - Intro to Fitness.

Intro to Fitness provides you with an opportunity to speak with a certified health & fitness specialist who can answer all of your questions about exercise, components of fitness, fitness guidelines, workout equipment, training sequences, heart rate response, progression, safety techniques, warm-ups and cool-downs, stretching techniques, muscle development, weight loss strategies, mind/body training options and ways to maintain accountability for your fitness success.

Intro to Fitness is offered In-Home, in our local area fitness center, on-line, via phone consultation or face time. Buddy and Group Pricing Options available.
